Refund Policy - Residential ConferencesThe Diocese of Westminster Education Service aims to keep training accessible while meeting the fixed costs associated with residential events, courses and conferences.Online Training (Live or On-Demand)Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled session will receive a full refund (excluding Eventbrite booking fees).Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled session are non-refundable.Day Courses (Non-Residential)Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event will receive a full refund (excluding Eventbrite booking fees, where applicable).Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund.Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event are non-refundable.Residential ConferencesCancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund (excluding Eventbrite booking fees, where applicable).Cancellations made between 30 and 59 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund.Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.Refunds cannot be issued for:Non-attendanceEarly departureFailure to arrive on the scheduled dateIn exceptional or pastoral circumstances, refund requests may be considered at the discretion of the Diocese of Westminster Education Service. Where possible, substitutions from the same school or academy trust may be accepted in place of cancellations.
